The following terms and conditions apply to booking made on line or by telephone. These terms and conditions apply to all members of the booking party please make sure you read through them carefully.
Making a Booking
To make a booking you be at least 18years of age.
You must check all details are correct before continuing to confirm the booking. A booking is only confirmed when a booking reference is given. We will email you the confirmation details with in 24hours or the booking being confirmed.
We cannot guarantee any requests made on booking.
As a booking agent of the accommodation we can not be held responsible for any changes or amenities not available made by the accommodation owners.
Accommodation
The accommodation can only be occupied by the persons named on the booking. The star ratings may vary in quality from country to country this should not be relied upon alone to indicate the quality or the accommodation.
Cancellation & Amendments
We allow for a booking to be cancelled up to 21 days prior to departure at loss of £10 per person, between 7-21 days 25% cancellation charge and within 7days of departure date 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Amendments can be made for a fee of £15.00 per booking.
Payment & Prices
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices cannot be guaranteed untill a booking is made, prices can fluctuate from time to time. Once a booking is made the price is then confirmed and guaranteed.
Should any damages to the accommodation aris during your stay it must be brought against proprietor of accommodation concerning and not against overseasbeds.com ltd subject to the law of the country in which the accommodation is situated.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance before traveling this will cover any medical costs you may incur or cancellation.
Passport & Visa
All passengers must hold a valid 10year British passport and visas must be obtained before booking where required.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to meet with the countries requirements if failure to do so it is not our responsibility to cover costs incured.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for consequential losses incured due to other travel arrangements made with another parties.
We accept no responsibility/liability for loss or damage of as a result of accommodation purchased
Complaints
In the event of any complaints you must report to the accommodation manager in resort during your stay.
